Sunday Morning

8.57am Sunday morning, a typical slow and cold morning. Wanted to try something new today, I landed myself at the Starbuck @ Barns & Noble at Tanasbourne. As a nation that lives on Coffee, the Starbucks cafe has been popping up at every corner of the street, it has come to a point that Starbuck and other Coffee CafĂ© resembles the pubs in UK and Kopi Tiams in Malaysia. Many of the patrons that "sits in" indulge in wifi, writing personal journal, drawing sketches of other patrons, reading, dating and chatting. Its like Live is Good, no matter how bad things are outside, the problems seam to stay outside. People are busy chatting, laughing, living in a world of their own, deep into what they are doing. All this over a cup of coffee. As my Mocha Grande becomes lighter and lighter, I am continuously reminded that time to leave is near. Life is good at Starbucks, but outside it, it’s a dog eat dog world.
